Safeguarding

Keeping children safe is a priority in our work with parents and children; this is embedded in our practice.

Our Children’s Centre is committed to achieving and demonstrating the difference we make to vulnerable children and their families.

“We found that your centres work to keep families safe is outstanding. Staff link exceptionally well with agencies to make sure that, whenever problems arise that could affect the safety of families, these problems are dealt with swiftly and effectively”.

Ofsted quote

All practitioners, across our centre, are trained in Safeguarding children and are fully aware of the reporting and referral processes in order to support parents and children effectively.

We work closely with the boroughs MASH team and with the Early Help Framework to ensure that our families receive the right intervention and at the right time.
